1. About Ampfold
Ampfold provides software infrastructure that enables creators of virtual worlds and digital experiences to create, manage, and monetize recurring sponsorship placements.
Creators independently create sponsorship listings and manage relationships with sponsors. Sponsors independently review and purchase creator-defined sponsorship placements.
Merchard, LLC is responsible for the personal information processed through the Ampfold platform, except where another party, such as Stripe or an independent creator, processes information under its own privacy practices.

2. Personal Information We Collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with Ampfold.

• images, screenshots, videos, and other listing materials;
• communication and fulfillment information;
• earnings, balance, refund, dispute, and payout information;
• Stripe connected-account identifiers and account status;
• tax, identity, or verification status received from payment providers.
Stripe may collect identity documents, banking information, taxpayer information, dates of birth, business ownership information, and other verification information directly from creators. Ampfold may receive limited information about the status or results of that verification but does not necessarily receive the complete documents or financial credentials submitted to Stripe.
2.3 Sponsor Information
When you use Ampfold as a sponsor, we may collect:
• sponsor profile information;
• business or brand information;
• sponsorship orders and subscription information;
• selected creators, listings, and placements;
• logos, images, advertisements, branding, text, and other Sponsor Content;
• billing contact information;
• payment status, transaction amount, currency, date, subscription status, refund information, and dispute information;
• communications with creators or Ampfold.
2.4 Payment Information
Payments, recurring subscriptions, creator onboarding, and payouts are processed through third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
Stripe may collect payment card information, bank account information, billing addresses, tax information, identity documents, and other financial or verification information directly from users.
Ampfold generally does not receive complete payment card numbers or complete bank account credentials. We may receive limited payment and transaction information, such as:
• payment provider customer and account identifiers;
• payment method type;
• limited payment method details, such as the last four digits;
• transaction amount and currency;
• payment, subscription, payout, refund, and dispute status;
• billing country or postal code;
• fraud, risk, and verification results.
Stripe processes personal information according to its own privacy policy and applicable agreements.

5.1 Between Creators and Sponsors
We disclose information between creators and sponsors as necessary to facilitate sponsorship relationships.
For example:
• creators may receive sponsor names, business information, Sponsor Content, placement instructions, subscription status, and relevant communications;
• sponsors may receive creator names, profiles, listing information, placement details, fulfillment updates, and relevant communications.
Creators and sponsors are independent users. Information received directly by a creator or sponsor may also be processed under that recipient’s own privacy practices. Ampfold does not control how independent users process information outside the Service.
5.2 Service Providers
We may disclose personal information to vendors and contractors that help us operate Ampfold, including providers of:
• payment processing and payouts;
• cloud hosting and data storage;
• account authentication;
• customer support;
• email and communications;
• analytics and performance monitoring;

Public information may be viewed, copied, captured, or shared by other people. Do not publish information that you do not want to be publicly available.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Ampfold and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to:
• keep users signed in;
• remember preferences;
• maintain platform security;
• prevent fraud;
• understand platform usage;
• measure performance;
• diagnose errors;
• improve the Service.
Some technologies are necessary for Ampfold to operate. Other technologies may be optional where required by law.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of Ampfold from functioning correctly.
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, Ampfold does not currently respond to every Do Not Track signal.
Ampfold does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. As a result, Global Privacy Control signals do not change our current practices. If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and process legally recognized opt-out signals as required by applicable law.
8. Sale and Targeted Advertising
Ampfold does not sell personal information for money.
Ampfold does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
We may disclose personal information to service providers, payment processors, creators, sponsors, and other parties for the operational purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Such operational disclosures are not intended to constitute sales of personal information.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices and opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.

We may send you information about Ampfold features, updates, offers, and related services where permitted by law.
You may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the unsubscribe instructions included in those emails or by contacting us.

19. VRChat and Virtual-World Platforms
Ampfold is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by VRChat Inc.
Ampfold may allow creators to describe sponsorship placements associated with VRChat or other third-party virtual-world platforms. Information displayed or processed directly through those platforms is subject to the applicable platform’s own privacy practices and rules.
Ampfold does not control information independently collected by VRChat, virtual-world operators, creators, community administrators, or other third parties.
20. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@ampfold.com or using any account-deletion tools made available through the Service.
Deleting an account may not immediately delete:
• completed transaction records;
• payment and payout records;
• tax and accounting records;
• fraud and security records;
• dispute or chargeback records;
• information required to comply with law;
• information contained in backups;
• information already received by independent creators or sponsors;
• public Sponsor Content already implemented in a third-party virtual environment.
We may retain such information as permitted or required by law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:

Ampfold and our service providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies to:
• keep users signed in;
• remember preferences;
• maintain platform security;
• prevent fraud;
• understand platform usage;
• measure performance;
• diagnose errors;
• improve the Service.
Some technologies are necessary for Ampfold to operate. Other technologies may be optional where required by law.
You may be able to control cookies through your browser or device settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of Ampfold from functioning correctly.
Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to these signals, Ampfold does not currently respond to every Do Not Track signal.
Ampfold does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. As a result, Global Privacy Control signals do not change our current practices. If these practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and process legally recognized opt-out signals as required by applicable law.

Ampfold does not sell personal information for money.
Ampfold does not currently sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

19. VRChat and Virtual-World Platforms
Ampfold is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by VRChat Inc.
Ampfold may allow creators to describe sponsorship placements associated with VRChat or other third-party virtual-world platforms. Information displayed or processed directly through those platforms is subject to the applicable platform’s own privacy practices and rules.
Ampfold does not control information independently collected by VRChat, virtual-world operators, creators, community administrators, or other third parties.
20. Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account by contacting support@ampfold.com or using any account-deletion tools made available through the Service.
Deleting an account may not immediately delete:
• completed transaction records;
• payment and payout records;
• tax and accounting records;
• fraud and security records;
• dispute or chargeback records;
• information required to comply with law;
• information contained in backups;
• information already received by independent creators or sponsors;
• public Sponsor Content already implemented in a third-party virtual environment.
We may retain such information as permitted or required by law.
21. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in:
• the Service;
• our data practices;
• legal requirements;
• payment providers;
• platform features;
• security practices.
We will post the updated Privacy Policy and revise the “Last Updated” date.
